Keto Cream Cheese Pancakes
I couldn't resist another pancakes recipe. This one is slightly different with the addition of the cream cheese. When they turn out fluffy and yummy I have to share.😋 Cream Cheese Keto Pancakes- Ingredients:
2 large eggs 1 tablespoon water 2 oz cream cheese-softened 2/3 cup almond flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Place ingredients in a blender until smooth. Let sit 2 minutes. Cook on medium heat. Top with butter. And maple syrup or fruit. There are some no sugar syrups on the market, I just haven't tried any of them. Be aware of artificial sweeteners. Look for something with stevia or erythritol if your avoiding sugar. Let me know how yours turn out!
