Grain-free Porridge        keto friendly

Whether you're following a keto lifestyle or not, this porridge is a great option to standard inflammatory hot cereals!


1 cup coconut milk 

3 tablespoons ground flaxseed 

1 tablespoon Chia seeds

1 scoop It Works Vanilla Shake 

2 tablespoons coconut oil or MCT oil 

Optional Swerve for extra sweetness

 Heat everything on medium heat just before it boils.  Remove from heat and cover 1 to 2 minutes. Top with extra coconut milk and  pecans!
