GF- Pancakes

1 cup almond flour

1/8 teaspoon baking soda 1large egg 1/4 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk 1 teaspoons coconut oil

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, and baking soda. Whisk the eggs. Add the milk and coconut oil, and add to dry ingredients and whisk thoroughly. If the mixture is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk until desired consistency is reached. Lightly oil a large griddle or skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle or skillet and cook  until browned. Top with berries.
