For those of you who have followed me for a awhile, you know I love waffles. I like to take my recipes and make them fit. My fit spin on these are no added sugar in the mix and almond flour to cut the carbs. Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring and whether you count calories or macros you have to find balance to make eating fit your lifestyle. A restrictive diet can only be followed for just so long. 1/2 Cup Almond flourÂ
1 eggÂ
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanillaÂ
1/4 milk (coconut milk works great)
