Grain-free Pancakes

Pancakes are my happy food đ
You can pretty much make anything a little bit healthier: Enjoy
Here is the recipe:
2 bananas, mashed
2 eggs, whisked
1/4 - 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
½ cup protein powder (love the it works Shake vanilla or chocolate )
1 tablespoon coconut oil for greasing the pan
Throw all the ingredients in a blender and mix until there are no lumps left. Or just use a whisk and a bowl.
Heat up some coconut oil in a skillet. Pour a bit of batter down and make sure to spread it out. Let it cook for 5 minutes or so on medium, or until the middle begins to bubble. Flip carefully and cook for a few minutes more. VoilĂ ! Pancakes.
TOP with warm fruit or real maple syrup.
