Tea Cakes- Gluten-Free

1 Cup Almond Four-fine ground

3 Tbl- Honey or Maple Syrup

2 Large Eggs

2 Tsp Vanilla

1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Spray a small muffin pan with oil

Mix all ingredients. Pour into cup 2/3 full. Bake 10-15 minutes

Allow to cool befre removing
