Who says that eating healthy real food doesn't taste good! Homemade Healthy Raspberry Waffles are just the ticket when you want a yummy hearty breakfast- or dessert!
1/4 cup Organic Spelt Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
pinch sea salt
1 Cage Free Organic Egg
1/4 Cup Organic Whole Milk/ or a little less based on consistency
Splash of Pure Vanilla extract
Fresh Organic Raspberries
Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl mix egg sugar vanilla and milk. Slowly mix the two together. Don't over mix your batter. Pour into heated waffle iron.
Top with butter and raspberries~ Enjoy !
