Bring On The Veggies!
We all know how healthy eating your veggies is. But incorporating them into your meals is easier than you think. Broccoli soup- Garden salad and Cauliflower tots make for a nice 3 serving addition.
1 Cup minced raw Cauliflower- Use a food processor
1/2 Cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Bread crumbs or Panko
1/4 cup diced Onion
Salt/Pepper to taste
-Mix everything and place in greased petite muffin tins. Bake at 400 until golden brown.
